Bill Poon
Master Chef
‘Poons’ is the collective term for Bill Poon’s two London restaurants: Poons in Covent Garden and Poons in the City. These restaurants have been highly acclaimed and patronised by celebrities such as Frank Sinatra. Master Chef Poon himself has received acclaim not only for the quality of his food but also for its healthiness.
However, Master Chef Poon’s contribution to Chinese Cuisine in the UK is more widespread. By producing and marketing his own brand of wind-dried sausages, making them widely available in UK supermarkets, and by developing a range of dishes for Chinese restaurants and takeaways to serve during the summer months, Master Chef Poon’s influence in the world of Chinese food goes far beyond the doors of his restaurants.
Bill was a Finalist of The Pearl Award for Promotion of Excellence in Chinese Cuisine in 2006.

Hi,
My name knows Mr. Poon from working in his restaurant a long time ago. He's planning a trip back to London and was hoping to reconnect with Mr. Poon. Do you know which is the best way to reach him ? email perhaps?
Thanks!
