Siu-see Hung 熊小颸

Siu-see is a mixed race British/Chinese actress and voice artist based London. Born to a Chinese father and an English mother, Siu-see grew up in Hong Kong before coming to England to study dance at London Studio Centre in 2006.

Siu-see loved growing up in a mixed household, and feels so grateful that she got to grow up in an environment of both Chinese and British cultures.

Siu-see is tri-lingual, able to speak English, her mother tongue (literally!), Cantonese and Mandarin.

After working as a musical theatre dancer for a number of years, Siu-see re-trained as an actress, graduating with an MA in acting from Arts Educational Schools London in 2012.

Since graduating, Siu-see has consistently worked in theatre and voice-overs, as well as appearing in a number of films and TV pilots.

As a voice artist, Siu-see has worked for Disney, various video games, radio plays and commercials for a number of large brands. Siu-see attended an American school in Hong Kong, and as a result speaks with a natural American accent, so she specialises in doing American voice work, as well as Chinese and English voice overs.

Siu-see has had the pleasure of performing on stages such as the Southwark Playhouse (Little Pieces of Gold), Theatre 503(Something There That’s Missing, Obamamerica), The Albany (Granny Dumpling), The King’s Head (Our Town), The Park Theatre (Nic Knight’s Tales) and The Finborough (Velocity).

Siu-see is also a contributing writer and acting tutor at London Actors’ Hub, an organisation which provides actors with free informational online content, as well as running acting workshops.
